Here I like to share with you the step-by-step on how to cook the Seaweed Jelly my way.
Step 1 - Weight 50 gm of the dried seaweed and soak in pipe water for about 8 to 10 hours or till it is soft and is clear in colour. |
Step 2 - This is how it look like after number of hours soaking. Drain dry. |
Step 3 - Here I add in (from top left clockwise) 10gm Pak Hub, 20gm Dried Longan, 50gm Cube Rock Sugar, 10gm North/South Almond and 2 liter Water |
Step 4 - Boiled in medium fire and keep stirring till seaweed dissolved. Portion out and once cool store in fridge overnight. |
Step 5 - Now it's ready to eat.. |
Give it a try. It sure taste nice.
