Chocolate Cake
Individual taste bud varies from one to another. I get feed back from friends. Some say the cake taste nice and they like it this way. But some say it is dry. Well, it is hard to please everyone. One thing I learn is when you top it up with ice cream, fruits or nuts, you can see all the :) faces.
Fruity Pau
Well want to try something new, I use mixed fruits as my pau filling. Instead of Sultana Loaf, I made a Fruity Pau. If you are a sweet tooth maybe you would like to add some honey to the dough before roll it up and cut into log of 1.5" long. This is depend solely on the sweetness from the mixed fruits.
For the dough, you can use the recipe in my earlier posting. To get a good texture and a fluffy pau you will need to knead the dough well by using hand.
