Fruity weekend. I let the picture paint the words. A friend of my brought a famous Lychee Cake from one of the outlets in Klang Valley. I forgotten the outlet name. It taste okay lah but a bit sweet and the sponge is soggy.
Applying the basic methods I did it. My very first Lychee Cake and I'll let this friend of my be the judge. With the same idea, my next cake will be Manggo, Strawberry or any fruits.
