Ingredients
5 nos Flower Crab remove shell, clean and cut half
6 nos Shallot blend
10 nos Chili Padi smash
2 tbsp Turmeric powder
200 ml Coconut Milk
200 ml Water
Salt and Seasoning to taste
Method
- Add all ingredients except crab and coconut milk
- Once gravy start to boil, add in crab
- When crab has already cook, add in coconut milk and let it boil for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot
