Q's Stir Fried Lala


           Ingredients
    • 500gm  lala
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 2 tbsp minced bean paste
Ingredient (Blend)
    • 2 tbsp chilli paste
    • 2” ginger
    • 2 nos garlic
           Method

          1.       Soak the lala in salted water for 30 minutes
          2.      Wash and rinse the lala
          3.      Heat oil in a wok
          4.      Fried blend ingredient until fragrant
          5.      Add minced bean paste continue to fry until fragrant
          6.      Add lala and stir-fry well and fry until all the lala shells open
