Q's Fried Bee Hoon Tomyam Style




Ingredients
1 pkt                Bee Hoon (Rice Noodle)
300 gm            Chicken Fillet
100 gm            Dry Shrimp
2 nos                Onion
2 nos                Tomato
50 gm              Garlic
5 nos                Egg

Paste:-
100 gm            Tom yam Paste
5 tbsp              Dark Soya Sauce

5 tbsp              Cooking Oil

Method
1.      Wash and soak mee hoon.
2.      Wash and soak dry shrimp.
3.      Slice chicken fillet.
4.      Slice onion.
5.      Cut tomato to 8 pcs per no.
6.      Peel and chop garlic.
7.      Heat-up wok and pour in the oil.
8.      Stir fried garlic till fragrant/golden brown.
9.      Add slice onion, chicken fillet and dry shrimp. Stir about 30 second.
10.  Add in mee hoon and Paste. Stir and mixed the ingredients together.
11.  Break eggs in a bowl. Pour into the wok.
12.  Add in tomato and mixed together with the rest.
13.  Portion individually and serve hot.
