Ingredients
(A) Fried till crispy remove and drain oil
2 pcs Fermented Soya Bean (Tempe) slice thin
100 gm Anchovies
(B) Blend
50 gm Dried Chili
20 gm Garlic chop
30 gm Shallot
2 nos Tomato slice thin
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt and Sugar to taste
Method
- Heat wok with oil
- Add items (B) fry until aromatic
- Add items (A) stir until all mixed
- Add in slice tomato, salt and sugar to state
- Dish out and serve with either white bread or rice
