Ingredients
1.5 kg Yellow Mee
200 gm Taugeh (Bean Sprout)
200 gm Mustard Green
300 gm Prawn
50 gm Garlic
5 nos Egg
1 stalk Spring Onion
1 no Tomato sliced thin
Paste:-
100 gm Blended Chili
5 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
5 tbsp Cooking Oil
Method
1. Wash and soak Taugeh.
2. Cut Siew Mustard Green about 1” length and soak.
3. Peel Prawn.
4. Peel and Chop Garlic.
5. Heat-up wok and pour in the oil.
6. Stir fried Garlic till fragrant/golden brown.
7. Add in Prawn. Stir about 30 second.
8. Add in Yellow Noodle and Paste. Stir and mixed the ingredients together.
9. Break eggs in a bowl. Pour into the wok.
10. Add in Bean Sprout and mixed together with the rest.
11. Portion individually and serve hot.
