Q's Chicken Burger


Ingredients
4 nos Burger Bun (Cut half, spread thin layer of butter and lightly grill)
1 no Tomato (Not to ripe. Slice thin)
1/4 no Cucumber (Remove skin and slice thin)
4 pcs Cheddar Cheese Slice

Sautee Mushroom
100 gm Fresh Sliced Button Mushroom
1/2 no White Onion (Slice thin)
10 gm Butter (for sautee)

Chicken Pattie
400 gm Mince Chicken (only lean meat)
1/4 no Pepper Green, Yellow and Red (Chopped fine)
1/2 no White Onion (Chopped fine)
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp seasoning

Methods
Sautee Mushroom
1. Heat butter in non stick pan
2. Stir in white onion for about 2 minutes
3. Add in mushroom
4. Stir till all ingredient mix
5. Cook till mushroom soft. Remove to cool

Chicken Pattie
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
2. Divide the mixture to four round pattie
3. Heat 20 gm butter in grill pan
4. Grill pattie till golden brown or cook
5. Remove to and place on the bun

Q's Baked Cheese Rice



Ingredients
A. Carbonara Sauce
50 gm unsalted butter
50 gm plain flour
400 mL milk
Seasoning to taste

B. Seafood or Meat or Poultry
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 no big onion finely chopped
100 gm fresh button mushrooms, finely sliced
Cut chunk 100gm prawn (remove shell), 50 gm mussel and 100 gm fish fillet or
200 gm meat or poultry
Butter or olive oil, extra

300 gm cool rice
300 gm Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese

Method
1. Heat and melt butter in a medium non-stick saucepan
2. Sauté garlic and onion for a few minutes.
3. Add either combination of seafood or meat or poultry and fry gently.
4. Add mushrooms and fry till all ingredient mixed well and cooked.
5. Whisk milk and flour mixture in a bowl.
6. Pour into the saucepan and bring to boils and thickens.Then remove to cool.
8. Heat oven at 200 degree celcius.
7. Portion the cool rice in the pie / bake pan.
8. Scoop carbonara mixture over the rice.
9. Sprinkle cheese on top of the portion.
10.Place the pan in another pan that is fill with water.
11. Bake it for 30 minutes.
12. Remove and serve.
