Q's Assam Pedas Sardine



Ingredients
            1 can Sardine about 300 gm (can be substitute with any seafood)
            50 gm Shallot blend
            20 gm Garlic blend
            30 gm Lemon Grass blend
            50 gm Chili blend
            100 ml Assam Water
            Salt and Sugar to taste
        Method
            1. Mix blended shallot, garlic, lemon grass & Chili with 100 ml
                assam water.
            2. Bring to boil.
            3. Add in can of sardine.
            4. Add seasoning and stir well
            5. Let it boil for another 5 mins
            6. Dish out and serve hot
