Ingredients
200gm Long Bean (Cut 1” long)
3cloves Garlic chopped
50gm Fish Paste (Fresh from market)
1no Egg
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Method
1. Heat oil in a wok and add garlic fry till golden
brown
2. Stir in fish paste and then add in egg. Fried
till both cook
3. Add in long bean
4. Cook till vegetables are cooked but still
crisp.
5. Add seasoning to taste
6. Serve hot
