Q's Four Minced Chicken

This dish is nice to eat with pitta bread, use as stuffing  or even just eat it with white rice.

Ingredients & Methods: - 400gm minced chicken, Drained 1 can of green peas, 1 can of button mushroom


(cut four), 1/2 no pepper red cut cube, seasoning to taste (pepper and soya sauce) and 100ml water.

Heat wok with 2tbsp oil. Fry 2 cloves chop garlic till fragrant, add in button mushroom and minced chicken. Stir and mixed well, pour in water and add seasoning. Lastly add in green peas and pepper red.  Stir in low fire till chicken is cook.
