Q's Prawn with Cashew Nut in Spicy Sauce

A simply dish which only take 30 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients & Methods:- Clean and removed 300gm prawn, Thick slice 50gm ginger, Soak 20gm dry chili, Cut wedges 1 no onion,



Roast in oven till golden brown 50gm cashew nuts. For sauce - mixed 3tbsp spicy chili sauce, 2tbsp oyster sauce and 100ml water.

Heat wok with 1 tbsp oil, fry sliced ginger till golden brown. Then add in dry chili fry till fragrant and add in onion. Once all is nicely fry, add in prawn and stir till prawn turn reddish in color.  Pour in sauce and stir in low fire till boil. Add in the roasted cashew nuts, remove and serve hot with white rice.
