Q's Stir Fried Siew Pak Choy


Ingredients
200 gm Siew Pak Choy clean and cut bite size
3 nos Garlic chopped
1 pc Fish Cake
5 nos Fish Ball cut wedges 4
1 tbsp Cooking Oil


Method
1.      Heat oil in a wok and add garlic fry till golden brown
2.      Stir in fish cake and fish ball
3.      Add in siew pak choy
4.      Cook till vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
5.      Add salt to taste
6.      Serve hot
