Spicy Fermented Soya Bean with Anchovies



Ingredients
(A) Fried till crispy remove and drain oil
2 pcs Fermented Soya Bean (Tempe) slice thin
100 gm Anchovies

(B)  Blend
50 gm Dried Chili
20 gm Garlic chop
30 gm Shallot

2 nos Tomato slice thin
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt and Sugar to taste

Method
      1. Heat wok with oil
      2. Add items (B) fry until aromatic
      3. Add items (A) stir until all mixed
      4. Add in slice tomato, salt and sugar to state
      5. Dish out and serve with either white bread or rice
