Q's Stir Fried Squid w Tumeric



Ingredients

10 nos              Squid medium size cut ring
1 tbsp              Turmeric Powder
100 gm            Long Bean cut 1“ long
1 no                 Onion cut wedges 6
2 nos                Garlic chopped
3 tbsp              Cooking Oil
Salt to taste

Method
      1. Tossed dry the clean cut squid and season with the turmeric powder together with a pinch of salt for about 20 minutes
      2. Heat oil in a wok
      3. Fried the season squid until cook and middle crispy texture
      4. Remove and let drain the oil with kitchen towel
      5. Stir in chopped garlic and fry until golden brown
      6. Add in long bean and cut onion mixed well
      7. Add in the fried squid and salt to taste.
