Q's Crab in Coconut Milk & Chilli Padi




Ingredients
5 nos Flower Crab remove shell, clean and cut half
6 nos Shallot blend
10 nos Chili Padi smash
2 tbsp Turmeric powder
200 ml Coconut Milk
200 ml Water
Salt and Seasoning to taste

        Method
      1. Add all ingredients except crab and coconut milk
      2. Once gravy start to boil, add in crab
      3. When crab has already cook, add in coconut milk and let it boil for another 3 minutes.
      4. Serve hot
